Central Minnesota Mental Health Center in Saint Cloud is seeking a Behavioral Health Practitioner to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. You will deliver recovery‑oriented, skill‑building interventions under clinical supervision and help clients live successfully in the community.

The role requires a Mental Health Practitioner credential or relevant education, with 4,000 hours of experience and driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4,000 hours working with those with mental health, developmental disabilities, or chemical dependency diagnosis (part-time over years or 2 years full-time).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields with practicum/internship focused on adults or children (2,000 hours).
• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Implement services in the treatment plan under clinical supervision.
• Drive to client homes or community locations and transport clients.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with assigned clients.
• Provide medication monitoring and health education to promote healthy living.
• Complete assessments and maintain client documentation.
• Coordinate services with other programs and providers.
