Job summary

CVS Health in Louisiana seeks a Behavioral Health Provider Relations/Quality Improvement professional to partner with behavioral health providers, centers, and health systems to improve quality performance and adoption of best practices.

You will support expansion of data exchange capabilities, including ADT feeds, reporting workflows, and timely member interventions, while traveling to provider sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of HEDIS, healthcare regulations, clinical operations, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Licensed Allied Health Professional or Licensed Registered Nurse or LPN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with provider groups and executives.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs or educational initiatives.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization).
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Partner with behavioral health providers, community mental health centers, health systems, and integrated delivery organizations to improve quality performance.
• Support expansion of behavioral health data exchange capabilities (ADT feeds, clinical data sharing, reporting workflows).
• Enable more timely member intervention and performance monitoring.
• Design and deliver training programs or educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with providers and executives to drive adoption of best practices.
