Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health PTA in Louisiana to serve as the primary provider-facing resource, partnering with behavioral health providers, health systems, and delivery organizations to improve quality performance.

The role supports expansion of behavioral health data exchange capabilities, including ADT feeds, clinical data sharing, and reporting workflows to enable timely member intervention and performance monitoring. Remote position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, provider relations, or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of HEDIS, healthcare regulations, clinical operations, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Licensed Allied Health Professional or Licensed Registered Nurse or LPN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary provider-facing resource for behavioral health providers, health systems, and integrated delivery organizations.
• Support expansion of behavioral health data exchange capabilities, including ADT feeds, clinical data sharing, and reporting workflows.
• Drive improvement in behavioral health quality measures and provider adoption of evidence-based workflows.
• Improve transition-of-care management and data accessibility for real-time insights.
• Travel to provider sites as needed; remote work with secure home network.
