CVS Health in Louisiana seeks a Behavioral Health Provider Liaison to partner with behavioral health providers and health systems to enhance quality performance and adoption of best practices. This remote role supports data exchange initiatives and reporting workflows to enable timely interventions for members.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in healthcare quality improvement or provider relations, a licensed Allied Health professional or RN/LPN, strong data analysis skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, provider relations, or a related role.
• Licensed Allied Health Professional or Licensed Registered Nurse or LPN.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence provider groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with behavioral health providers to improve quality performance.
• Support expansion of data exchange capabilities (ADT feeds, data sharing, reporting workflows).
• Operate as provider-facing liaison for quality initiatives and performance improvement.
• Travel to provider sites as needed.
