Job summary

Astra Wellness is seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our boutique behavioral health practice. This leadership role blends clinical practice with operational management to improve patient outcomes and organizational success.

As the Clinical Practice Manager, you will oversee scheduling, billing, staff development, and compliance while maintaining an active outpatient therapy caseload.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Arkansas licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or other independently licensed behavioral health professional.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising staff and managing daily operations.
• Ability to maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the practice and coordinate clinical services.
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes.
• Monitor financial performance and billing/revenue cycle activities.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop staff; conduct evaluations.
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and community relationships.
