Responsibilities

• Assist facilities with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
• Present information about services to groups and individuals.
• Visit facilities, establish meetings, attend conferences/marketing events, develop community relationships.
• Track referral data and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Coordinate promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
• Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.
