Job summary

Leora, an outpatient dual diagnosis treatment center in Dayton, seeks a Business Development Liaison to drive referral growth and raise community awareness of our programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or outreach within behavioral health or addiction treatment.
• Strong knowledge of substance use and mental health treatment programs preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach plans to build relationships with referral sources.
• Represent the organization at events, conferences and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide education and presentations on dual diagnosis treatment programs to referral partners.
• Track outreach efforts and report performance metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth referral processes and positive client experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities to identify new business opportunities.
