Job summary

STR Behavioral Health Bethlehem is seeking a Community Outreach Liaison to connect clinical partners, clients, and families with the right resources. You will serve as a welcoming concierge for incoming clients, families, and partners at the Bethlehem facility, helping navigate treatment options and admissions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, collaborating with leadership, and expanding the local market presence in the Lehigh Valley area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with a minimum of 2 years experience in the healthcare field.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record.
• Clear TB test and any mandatory state/federal requirements; CPR and First Aid certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with local and national leadership to build strong community partnerships.
• Follow up with key referral sources to identify growth opportunities and address obstacles.
• Explain treatment options to clients and families and tailor to their needs.
• Assist admissions by welcoming clients, families, and partners at the facility.
• Support local outreach and represent the program at community events.
