Description du poste

Ro Health is hiring passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2026–2027 school year.

This position offers the opportunity to practice high-impact Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within structured school environments. Focus on what matters most: helping diverse learners build meaningful communication, daily living, and academic skills, while enjoying the clinical supervision, flexibility, and caseload variety that comes from working with an experienced staffing partner.

We are seeking dedicated, certified RBTs who are comfortable supporting students across the educational spectrum—from Early Childhood/Elementary specialized programs through Middle School, High School, and 18+ Transition Programs. In this role, you will work directly with students presenting varied behavioral and developmental needs, implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), running skill-acquisition protocols, and de-escalating challenging or aggressive behaviors under direct BCBA oversight.

By joining Ro Health, you become part of a clinically supported network. Our dedicated in-house BCBAs provide monthly BACB-compliant supervision (5%), clinical coaching, and career guidance, ensuring you maintain compliance and grow your clinical skillset.

What You’ll Need:
  • Active BACB Credential: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing (required).
  • ABA & Behavior Management Experience: Minimum 6+ months of hands-on experience applying ABA principles, taking behavioral data, and managing challenging, aggressive, or maladaptive behaviors in school, clinic, home, or residential settings.
  • Grade-Level Versatility: Comfort and willingness to deliver 1:1 or small-group behavioral support across Pre-K–12th grade, including high school and young adult learners (18+), depending on district assignment.
  • Education: Associate’s Degree, 60+ cumulative college-level credits, or completion of state-approved paraprofessional credentialing.
  • Compliance & Clearances: Valid Arizona DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to pass standard background checks and drug screenings.
  • Mindset: Dependable, data-driven, compassionate, and collaborative in multidisciplinary educational teams.
What You’ll Do:
  • Implement ABA Programming: Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support, carrying out individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs designed by BCBAs.
  • Accurate Data Collection: Record objective behavior data (frequency, duration, ABC data, interval tracking, trial-by-trial) to track IEP and behavioral progress in real time.
  • Intervention & Crisis De-escalation: Apply proactive antecedent strategies, prompt fading, differential reinforcement schedules, and approved crisis de-escalation protocols for maladaptive, self-injurious, or aggressive behaviors.
  • Generalization & Functional Skills: Assist learners with classroom integration, communication systems (PECS, AAC devices, vocal training), social-emotional learning, and vocational/daily-living skills.
  • Clinical Supervision: Actively participate in weekly/monthly clinical supervision and competency checks with Ro Health and district BCBAs.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Special Education teachers, classroom teams, related service providers (SLPs, OTs), and your dedicated Ro Health clinical team.
Why RBTs Choose Ro Health:
  • Dedicated Clinical Oversight: Consistent BACB-compliant 5% supervision provided by our experienced Clinical Supervisors/BCBAs—no scrambling to find or pay for outside supervision hours.
  • Premier District Partnerships Valley-Wide: Placements matched to your commute preferences and target age groups across:
    • West Valley: Avondale, Goodyear, Glendale, Peoria, Buckeye
    • North / Deer Valley: North Phoenix
    • Paradise Valley & Scottsdale: Northeast Phoenix, Scottsdale
    • Central Phoenix: Midtown, Central corridor
  • Competitive Weekly Compensation: $22.00–$25.00/hr (wages commensurate with experience and district program).
  • Weekly Direct Deposit: Paid every Friday.
  • Local Advocate Team: Dedicated Area Managers and Staffing Consultants who advocate for your safety, caseload fit, and classroom success.
  • Full Onboarding Support: Fast-track credentialing, IVP clearance assistance, and specialized behavioral/crisis prep before stepping into the classroom.
Benefits (Eligibility dependent on employment status):
