Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Technicians for the 2026–2027 school year in Arizona. The role offers placements across multiple districts in the Greater Phoenix area, with direct support to students and collaboration with certified staff.

You will assist with instructional activities, behavior management, and social-emotional development, while helping create a safe learning environment and maintaining strong communication with educators and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 60+ college credits required.
• Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings preferred.
• Experience with behavior management (minimum 6 months) required.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Able to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.
• Reliable, compassionate and team-oriented.

What You’ll Need:

• Associate’s Degree or 60+ cumulative college level courses
  • If you do not meet our education requirement, we will support you with obtaining necessary certifications
• Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)

• Inclination to work well in a team environment
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (Monday–Friday, School Hours)

Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour (depending on assignment & experience)
