Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavioral Classroom Aides to support students with behavioral needs in school districts across Arizona. Roles include 1:1 and general classroom support, aligned with ABA principles to help students stay on task and meet behavioral goals.

Paid hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm, with compensation of $21/hr and $23–$24/hr when an active RBT license is held. Benefits include 401K matching, PTO, and weekly pay, with full-time coverage options.

Qualifications

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
• Prior professional experience working with children is required.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs is required.
• Strong assessment and observational skills.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed academically and personally.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in their efforts to succeed in a school setting? Ro Health is hiring for qualified Behavioral Classroom Aides to work within school districts for the current school year

!

This role focuses on providing behavioral support in a school setting, specifically implementing principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), with students ranging in grade level from elementary to high school. It is a great benefit if you have previous experience supporting students with special needs and have worked in a 1:1 or 1:multiple capacity.

Our providers are assigned to cases as either 1:1 supports, or as a general classroom aide.

• As 1:1 support you would be going to each class with your student to provide behavioral and educational support throughout the day. 1:1 supporters are responsible to ensure their student is on task and working towards their behavioral goals.
• As general classroom aide, providers are assigned to work with a single teacher or classroom. In this role, providers will support wherever they are needed most by the teacher. Typically every day looks different in this position, and you may be working with several different students throughout your day.
