Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health's Behavioral Health Services seeks a Manager of Clinical Operations to administer programs and serve as campus site manager, partnering with Medical Directors to promote patient safety and family satisfaction.

This role requires a master's degree in a related field, 3 years mental health experience, and 2 years of administrative leadership, with licensure as applicable (LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD).

Qualifications

• A earned master's degree in family therapy, psychology, counseling, social work or other related field from an accredited college or university; and
• Three years' experience in the provision of mental health services.
• Two years experience in administrative, management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations of Behavioral Health programs and serve as site manager for the campus.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DMHAS/DCF regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Collaborate with Medical Director(s) to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Recruit, develop and supervise team members; coach and evaluate performance.

Education

Master's degree in family therapy, psychology, counseling, social work or other related field

Three years' experience in the provision of mental health services

Two years experience in administrative, management or leadership role
