Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience in behavioral health management or clinical services.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, managing teams and overseeing programs.
• Experience working with mental health and substance use populations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, clinical best practices, and quality improvement processes.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational leadership for assigned behavioral health clinics and services, including telehealth, school-based, and mobile services.
• Coordinate daily operations, provider schedules, staffing coverage, patient access, and continuity of services across locations.
• Track encounter volume, productivity, appointment availability, referral follow-through, and service quality; provide routine operational reports to the CBHO.
• Supervise designated team leads, clinical staff, and administrative staff within assigned programs; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee internal and external behavioral health referrals, including scheduling and escalation of access barriers.
