Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in behavioral health practice support
• Understanding of behavioral health conditions and treatment methods
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across multiple providers and services for patients
• Advocate for timely, appropriate care with healthcare providers and insurers
• Connect patients to therapy, housing, financial assistance and support groups
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families about conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate patient records and update status as needed
• Facilitate crisis intervention and stabilization when emergencies occur
• Collaborate with community resources to align services with treatment plans
