Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Two years of office management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer relations under stress.
• Ability to handle patient/staff information with tact and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and Access.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of office management and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Viewed as the single point of contact in coordination of all activities related to the administrative operations of the department, which includes responding to requests for services and assistance from staff, patients and other guests.
• Collect and maintain data, create reports, graphs and charts for data analysis.
• Maintain a document library as required for information record keeping.
• Maintain databases, websites, and other information resources.
• Provide administrative support to staff as assigned by Management.
• This person is able to work independently on long term assignments.
