Malvern Behavioral Health in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) to oversee two adult psychiatric units within our Malvern Behavioral Health facility at 3905 W. Ford Road, Philadelphia, PA 19131.

The role directs nursing care under medical staff, coordinates staffing, education, and incident response, and supports the DON and Nurse Managers in delivering high-quality patient care aligned with the treatment plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a nurse in PA.
• Clinical experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer individualized nursing care to patients.
• Coordinate staffing, staff education, and incident response.
• Oversee two adult psychiatric units and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Provide leadership and act as resource to direct care staff.
