The role focuses on learning design, onboarding, competency management, and ongoing professional development, aligning with ANA standards to improve patient care and outcomes in a busy acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care environment.
• Experience as a preceptor.
• Licensed RN in CT and NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: apply adult learning principles to close gaps.
• Collaborative Partner: assess learning needs with nursing leadership.
• Role Development: promote professional nursing practice per ANA standards.
• Mentor: support ongoing professional learning across practice settings.
