University Behavioral Center in Orlando, FL seeks a Director of Nursing to lead a patient-centered nursing strategy within a dynamic leadership team. Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing in FL (or eligible)
• BSN from CCNE-accredited program; MSN strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of behavioral health nursing practices and patient care
• Proven management and supervisory skills; strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a patient-centered nursing strategy as part of the Leadership Team
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care in compliance with regulations and accreditation
