Job summary

University Behavioral Center in Orlando, FL, seeks a Director of Clinical Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of all clinical programs and therapeutic services, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development in a behavioral health setting.

You will lead the Clinical Services Department, oversee assessments, treatment planning, group programming and discharge planning, recruit and mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with hospital

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Florida licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Clinical Services Department, including therapists and social workers.
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, group programming, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state, federal, and company standards.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop clinical staff.
