Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required and RN licensed.
- Minimum four years of psychiatric nursing experience with supervisory/charge nurse background.
- Ability to handle diverse and stress-related situations calmly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensure nursing services meet licensing, regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Develop short- and long-term nursing initiatives and improvement plans.
- Monitor patient care practices to promote safety and quality in behavioral health care.
- Support recruitment, orientation, training and ongoing development of nursing staff.
