Job summary

Turning Point Care Center, LLC is seeking a Nurse Manager – Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time day shift in Moultrie, GA. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and ensures efficient department operations, maintains a therapeutic milieu, and collaborates with Clinical Services to meet treatment goals.

The position emphasizes staff supervision, delivering high‑quality nursing care, and active participation in the treatment team to support recovery in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• RN leadership experience in behavioral health settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clinical services.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and biopsychosocial assessment preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing and ancillary staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervising RNs, LPNs, MHTs, and ancillary staff by making assignments and monitoring patient care
• Providing quality nursing care to meet identified patient outcomes
• Carrying out assigned functions according to philosophy, goal and objectives of the hospital and program unit
• Contributing as an active part of the treatment team
• Providing redirection & consistency
