Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC seeks a Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health to join our clinical team in Georgia. You will plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care for patients on the behavioral health unit under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Unit Director.

You will collaborate with other shifts, maintain safety, and participate in ongoing education to support patient-centered, goal-directed care in a demanding environment. RN licensure in GA required.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to act with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit under supervision.
• Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care per patient care philosophy.
• Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care via the nursing process.
• Relate with other shifts for continuity of care and participate in education.
