Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring with a RN role offering a salary range of $64,000–$71,000 per year in a full-time, weekday schedule. The position covers the Brooklyn Heights and Cleveland service area and supports children through aging populations with psychiatric and behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Preferably has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Address the behavioral and physical health needs of clients receiving treatment for psychiatric symptoms.
• Perform health care screenings and check vital signs.
• Administering injections and other medications as needed.
• Monitor and administer medication.
• Educate clients on pharmaceuticals.
• Gather client information and history from the Nurse Practitioner.
• Case management duties including coordination of community services.
• Assist clients in building skills including emotion, stress and anger management, communication and interpersonal relationships.

LPN $23-$25 per hour
