Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio invites applications for a Psych RN LTC. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with no weekends, serving Cleveland and Richmond Heights.

You will assess behavioral health needs, perform screenings and vital signs, administer injections and medications, educate patients, gather histories with the NP, and coordinate community services. Requirements include an RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, experience in

Responsibilities

• Address behavioral and physical health needs of clients with psychiatric symptoms.
• Perform health care screenings and check vital signs.
• Administer injections and medications as needed.
• Monitor and administer medications.
• Educate clients on pharmaceuticals.
• Gather client information and history from the Nurse Practitioner.
• Perform case management duties including coordinating community services.
• Assist clients in building skills including emotion, stress and anger management, communication and interpersonal relationships.
