SAC Health in San Bernardino, CA seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join the Behavioral Health team. You will work with physicians to review patient conditions, establish treatment plans, and manage medication therapies while delivering whole-person care.

This on-site, full-time role supports a Monday-Thursday schedule with a 7:00am–5:30pm shift and a 30-minute lunch at the Brier Clinic location. Strong English/Spanish communication and collaborative teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Master's degree in nursing required; Doctorate preferred.
• Active CA RN license and NP certificate; NPI preferred; DEA license recommended.
• 1+ years as psychiatric RN; 1+ year as psychiatric NP; EMR experience required; bilingual EN/ES preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist psychiatrists and psychologists in reviewing conditions and treatment plans.
• Assess mental status and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Prescribe medications based on condition and plan; monitor effects.
• Document care and care planning in medical records.
• Serve as a preceptor and participate in standards of care and protocols.
