Job summary
Sunshine Health Facilities in Spokane Valley is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Home Care Aide for shift work. You will support individuals on their mental health journey, administer medications, follow care plans, and document thoroughly to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide license.
- Valid CPR card.
- Medication and diabetes nurse delegation certification.
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalencies not accepted.
Responsibilities
- Follow nursing service policies and performance standards.
- Administer prescribed medications during shift and document all doses.
- Follow care plans and delegation guidelines with the nurse's direction.
- Identify resident problems and report to the nurse immediately.
- Provide direct resident care and complete assignments accurately and timely.
- Review care plans daily and document concerns in PCC as needed.
