Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospital operations and compliance policies advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to develop a marketing plan that generates referrals to inpatient and outpatient programs.
• Manage Market Development staff and collaborate with Hospital Administrator and HRD on recruitment, onboarding, training and performance.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of referrals for each market and evaluate growth opportunities.
• Coordinate advertising production and assess market reactions to campaigns and strategies.
• Supervise Community Education Liaisons and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and Oceans policies.
• Travel to markets (approx. 80% of time) and lead customer service and quality-improvement initiatives.
