Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in Texas and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care for behavioral health patients using nursing processes.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospital care and resources.
• Assist with crisis management and maintain safety protocols.
