Qualifications

• LPN certification and current state license required.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Experience with nursing assessments and care planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide age-appropriate care and document medical necessity.
• Contribute to updating the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Complete timely QI assessments.
