Job summary

IHA in Ann Arbor, MI seeks a Behavioral Health Integrated Services Supervisor (BHISS) to operationalize integrated services across multiple practices. Under the Program Manager, you will develop, coordinate, and provide direct supervision and clinical support of the workforce to scale services and ensure high‑quality patient care.

The BHISS will onboard, train, coach, and redesign workflows to optimize efficiency, monitor team competency and productivity, and promote provider satisfaction

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in health services.
• Knowledge of integrated behavioral health services is a plus.

Responsibilities
