Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions seeks a Behavioral Health Intake Specialist LPCC/LISW. The role involves clinical oversight, conducting behavioral health intakes, and psychosocial assessments for diverse clients including aging populations in SNF/LTC settings.

The candidate will support Value-Based Care and act as a resource within a regional team. Applicants should be licensed (LPCC/LISW/IMFT) with a Master’s in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S or IMFT.
• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling or marriage and family therapy.
• Medicare-eligibility to provide intake and assessment services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and intake assessments.
• Conduct behavioral health intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Support SNF/LTC regional BHI team and Value-Based Care initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point for Behavioral Health Coordinators.
• Collaborate across disciplines to shape a growing behavioral health program.
