ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Columbus, OH seeks a Behavioral Health Intake Specialist (LPCC/LISW) for full- or part-time work, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm or afternoon/evening shifts as needed. The role offers a salary of $65,000–$75,000 based on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations.

A supportive team provides oversight and collaborative care across SNF/LTC settings.

Qualifications

• LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S or IMFT licensure required.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling or MFT.
• Clinical experience in behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and intake assessments.
• Conduct behavioral health intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Support regional BHI team in SNF/LTC settings.
• Assist Value-Based Care initiatives and act as a resource escalation point.
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to shape program growth.
