Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is looking for a licensed clinician to provide clinical oversight and lead behavioral health services across SNF/LTC settings. The role requires Medicare-eligibility and a minimum of three years in behavioral health and case management.

Licensure in LPCC, LISW, or IMFT is required, with a master’s degree in relevant fields. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling or marriage and family therapy; license must be maintained during employment.
• Medicare-eligibility to provide intake and assessment services.
• Minimum of three (3) years of behavioral health, case management, or related clinical experience.
• Experience in SNF/LTC, geriatric populations, Value-Based Care programs is preferred.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Full/Part Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm or afternoons and evenings when needed

$65,000-$75,000 based on education and experience plus monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations

Responsibilities may include

• Provide clinical oversight

• Support Value-Based Care initiatives, and serve as a clinical
• Resource escalation point for Behavioral Health Coordinators

• Interdisciplinary collaboration, and shaping a growing behavioral health program.

Requirements for this position include

• At least 18 years of age
• must be licensed as an LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S or IMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling or marriage and family therapy;
• license must be maintained during employment.
• Clinical experience treating individuals with a variety of diagnoses and presenting issues is preferred.
• Must be Medicare-eligible to provide intake and assessment services and possess a minimum of three (3) years of behavioral health, case management, or related clinical experience.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care settings, geriatric populations, Value-Based Care programs, and/or Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) programs is preferred.
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and behavioral health intake preferred. Prior team lead, supervisory, or clinical leadership experience is also preferred.
• Must be responsible, mature and flexible; must possess excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Must be able to respond calmly to crisis situations; demonstrate the ability to direct others in a confident, respectful manner and exercise good judgment in interactions with residents, families, employees, peers and regulatory agency personnel.
• Must appropriately handle confidential information.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
