ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Intake Specialist LPCC/LISW in Akron, OH. This full-time role involves clinical oversight, conducting intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations, and supporting a regional BHI team in SNF/LTC settings.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or family therapy and be licensed (LPCC/LISW or equivalent) with Medicare eligibility and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• License must be maintained during employment.
• Medicare-eligibility to provide intake and assessment services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight.
• Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial assessments.
• Support regional BHI team in SNF/LTC settings.
• Contribute to Value-Based Care initiatives.
