Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is looking for a licensed clinician to provide clinical oversight and lead behavioral health services across SNF/LTC settings. The role requires Medicare-eligibility and a minimum of three years in behavioral health and case management.

Licensure in LPCC, LISW, or IMFT is required, with a master’s degree in relevant fields. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S or IMFT.
• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling or marriage and family therapy; license must be maintained during employment.
• Medicare-eligibility to provide intake and assessment services.
• Minimum of three (3) years of behavioral health, case management, or related clinical experience.
• Experience in SNF/LTC, geriatric populations, Value-Based Care programs is preferred.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight.
• Intake assessments, conduct behavioral health intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Team resource support within a regional BHI team serving SNF/LTC settings.
• Support Value-Based Care initiatives and serve as a clinical resource escalation point for Behavioral Health Coordinators.
• Ideal for clinicians who enjoy systems-level impact, interdisciplinary collaboration, and shaping a growing behavioral health program.
