Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• 2–3 years of behavioral health experience.
• Licensure such as LCSW or LPC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health screenings for ED, intake, and hospital settings.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, and transfers with clinicians and community providers.
• Verify insurance information and pre-certification processes.
• Provide crisis support and connect patients with appropriate care options.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and Access Center databases.
