Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations.
• Process admissions, bed assignments, and patient records as needed.
• Maintain patient charts with admissions, transfers, discharges, and progress notes.
• Coordinate patient appointments and assist in discharge planning.
• Monitor supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and order replenishment.
• Assist with unit communications between physicians, nurses, and departments.
• Support fast-paced environment with focus on customer service.
