Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to partner with operational leaders in our Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions division, delivering day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

The role oversees HR operations at the assigned location, leads onboarding and training, and handles employee relations, policy compliance, and reporting. This full-time position offers paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR training portion of new employee orientation and assist new employees with onboarding.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans per company policy.
• Provide support to operational teams throughout assigned location(s) to ensure all HR policies and procedures are being followed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and labor laws.
• Serve as first point of contact for current employees for any HR related inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as requested.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
