Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a closely related discipline required; graduate‑level education (Master’s degree or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated record of increasing leadership responsibility within hospital, behavioral health, or comparable healthcare organizations.
• Candidates should bring approximately seven or more years of management experience, including several years serving in a senior leadership or executive capacity.
• Proven experience overseeing behavioral health operations, including quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, workforce development, and budget management.
