Job summary

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead Sales, Marketing and Customer Service within the Marketing Department. You will drive the organization’s continuum-of-care utilization through marketing and strategic planning, collaborating with executives on growth opportunities and program changes.

As part of the facility management team, you will manage the strategic marketing plan, strengthen the brand image, and oversee all sales and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of marketing/sales experience in behavioral health referral development and account management.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, marketing and customer service within Marketing Department.
• Achieve utilization of continuum of care through marketing principles.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal departments and CEO/Admissions.
• Develop strategic marketing plan and enhance brand image.
• Engage in field-based face-to-face referrals weekly.
