Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in behavioral health field.
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and Medicaid documentation.
• Compassionate and client-centered care approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support to individuals and groups.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Prepare timely progress reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions.
