Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Chemical Dependency, or related field is highly desired.
• Licensed as an CDCA, LICDC, LCDC III, or LCDC II through the Ohio CDP Board OR LSW or CT through the Ohio CSWMFT Board is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience with AOD population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide chemical dependency intakes, screenings, and assessments.
• Provide individual and group counseling.
• Perform clinical record keeping.
