Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and update patient information.
• Schedule appointments and assist with inquiries; arrange for additional services as needed.
• Collect and post payments; assist with patient billing questions.
• Ensure completion of encounter documentation prior to checkout.
• Accept transfers from other facilities per guidelines.
• Schedule patients with providers and manage phone inquiries within guidelines.
• Verify registration information at each visit and update as needed.
• Review daily schedules and coordinate with onsite supervisor to maximize provider capacity.
• Greet, register, and check in patients.
