Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as receptionist/administrative assistant preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid or third-party insurance billing preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Alaska driver's license or state ID within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors, answer inquiries, and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments and assist with intake documentation and processing.
• Assist with insurance billing and Medicaid eligibility checks.
• Enter client information into the electronic health record and maintain confidentiality.
• Support safety procedures and participate in team meetings.
