Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Behavioral Health Emergency Department on the Third Shift. The role requires coordination of nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will assess, plan, and deliver care while collaborating with physicians and clinical teams. Active RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed depending on the area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning of care and interventions.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other clinicians in planning and delivering patient care.
• Additional duties may be assigned within the scope of the role.
