Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. You will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, collaborating with physicians to implement care plans.

Minimum requirement is a nursing degree with active RN licensure and BLS; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) may be required by area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc. may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
• Other duties within scope as assigned.
