Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle mobility needs.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to manage conflict effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across home, work, and community settings to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and health maintenance.
• Follow care plans and medication procedures; document progress and incidents.
• Encourage independence, social skills, and community involvement.
• Communicate logs and records; collaborate with teams and families.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities; participate in program development.
• Support ongoing agency quality improvements and share ideas.
• Maintain clear communication during shift transitions.
