Job summary

Collin County Mental Health Retardation Center seeks a BH Customer Service Supervisor to oversee CSR teams serving individuals in behavioral health services. You will train staff, manage schedules, and ensure accurate processes in a dynamic environment while maintaining person-centered, trauma-informed care.

Under BH leadership, you will drive workflows, handle personnel actions, and coordinate front-end operations, including payments, scheduling, and records requests, in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in a medical office, agency, or hospital.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a community mental health setting.
• At least one year of experience in training, supervision, and/or support.

Responsibilities

• Establish staff schedules and ensure coverage during business hours.
• Train new CSR staff.
• Post payments, balance cash drawers, and submit reports.
• Coordinate telehealth appointment links.
• Resolve client and staff concerns or complaints.
• Monitor office and kitchen supplies within budget.
• Verify documents and scan into charts.
• Distribute departmental mail.
• Support CSRs in escalated or crisis engagements.
• Manage front-end duties and back-up when needed.
• Handle front desk, payments, scheduling, and records requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
