Qualifications

• 1–3 years of behavioral health crisis services experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis counseling to individuals, families, and groups.
• Provide warm hand off to community resources, services, and supports.
• Triage phone calls and provide community resource information and supportive counseling.
• Conduct screening and assessments and provide intervention services.
• Engage individuals and families in crisis planning using Motivational Interviewing and Mental Health First Aid.
• Develop safety or crisis care plans.
• Coordinate psychiatric appointments within 48 hours of intervention.
• Provide after hours crisis services on a rotation schedule.
