WE LEVEL UP is seeking a Mental Health Technician in West Palm Beach, FL to provide compassionate care and support for individuals facing mental health challenges. You will help implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

The role requires strong communication, crisis intervention skills, and collaboration with licensed professionals. A high school diploma is required, with preferred related degree and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
• CPR Certification

Responsabilités

• Assist in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Monitor and document patient behavior, vital signs, and progress for clinical reporting.
• Provide direct care and support including daily activities, therapeutic exercises, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and recreational activities to improve social skills and well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in line with health and safety regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuous, comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
